WHAT MAKES ROGERS PHYSICAL THERAPY & PERFORMANCE DIFFERENT?
At Rogers Physical Therapy & Performance, we don't operate like a traditional physical therapy clinic. We believe in longer (1 hour), hands-on treatments that allow you to work one-on-one with your physical therapist for the duration of your care. You will have the same physical therapist for the entire course of your treatment, which results in more successful outcomes as a result of the consistency in your care. Our staff is very compassionate and caring and you will feel the difference this makes in your care.
In the current health care environment in the New River Valley, it is very rare to find a physical therapy clinic where you will receive a full hour of one-on-one care with the same consistent Physical Therapist. A traditional insurance-based Physical Therapy Clinic will typically offer 30 minute appointments with overlapping of patients, or 1 hour treatments, but with two patients to the same physical therapist.
At Rogers Physical Therapy & Performance, we accept payment at the time of service. Patients will be provided with a receipt, or "super bill", that can be self-submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement. The insurance company will simply reimburse you instead of the clinic.
This allows us to provide optimal care with one-on-one treatment with an experienced Physical Therapist for 1 hour sessions. This will allow you to restore your function faster and return to doing the things you love. We are not limited by insurance companies with the treatments we can provide or the amount of visits that you are authorized. This treatment model will enable patients to get the highest quality of care while, in many cases, being more cost-effective.
